Country-wide Location Status

Live status of every monitored location (a site = the access points at one Nationwide Code, under one contract). A location counts as online when at least one of its access points is confirmed up — it is offline only once every AP is down. SLA and availability figures are graded differently, by each contract's own downtime rule.
